Context

Cordon Technologies is an agri-tech startup, developing a high-precision vineyard sprayer to reduce pesticide waste. We worked with them on the Plus X Accelerator to design and build a working prototype for their first round of vineyard trials.

A 3D printed bladeless fan prototype for Cordon's vineyard sprayer.

Sprayer Design

We worked with the Cordon team to design, prototype and test their sprayer's airflow system, rapidly iterating through bladeless fan geometries using 3D printing.

Prototyping

We designed and built the chassis for Cordon's V2 prototype, using a water bowser as a foundation. This gave them a rugged, low-cost and adaptable platform to test and develop their technology in live field trials.
